Programs of the St. Mary’s Outreach Center

In accordance with its mission and working in collaboration with many community partners, the St. Mary's Outreach Center endeavors to:

Respond to the issue of substance abuse in this neighborhood through participation in the Hampden Drug Task Force and in continued program development

Help support and encourage neighborhood youth through a series of events and workshops in partnership with the Hampden Family Center and Episcopal Community Services of Maryland

Provide outreach to seniors in the community through creative programming including luncheons, concerts, classes, and more...in partnership with Action-In-Maturity, the Hampden Family Center, and St. David's Church

Conduct an array of worship services and events that address the spiritual needs of the people of Hampden and surrounding Baltimore community

Baltimore Shakespeare Festival

The festival is the region’s home for professional classical theatre and exciting educational programs, like the Teen Performance Program, which brings together talented local high school students with professional artists to produce a Shakespeare play.

Without Walls is a newly-formed umbrella group sponsoring concerts and various styles of post-modern worship in locations throughout Maryland. Without Walls is currently offering a quarterly Saturday evening service featuring a rock band, lots of music, and projected song lyrics with images in St. Mary’s church.
